5K101 is an 8-Week Couch-to-5K style, runner’s training schedule designed to get the average “non-runner” running for a full 30 minutes without rest. There are a couple of supplemental workouts as well for those who need a little more time and prefer to stretch their training out over 10 weeks instead.

If you own an iPhone or an iPod Touch, you can download the 5K101 App from the iTunes App Store. The App includes all the same coaching and format, but you also have the ability to select your own favorite playlist, as well as update your favorite social media platforms with your weekly progress. The App will only work on an iPhone or an iPod Touch…it will not work on a Shuffle, Android, or any other MP3 player or mobile device.
You can download the iTunes PODCAST by clicking HERE. The podcast will work on any MP3 player. All the intervals are timed perfectly, so you won’t need a stopwatch or need to memorize a schedule. The podcast will include all the audio coaching, but you will not be able to change the music. The link above will take you to iTunes.
