The June virtual 5K for Couch to 5K and 5K101 trainees has been set!

The “June Bug Jog” Virtual 5K. Sponsored by Running Mate.

Running Mate virtual 5K’s are lot’s of fun and easy to do!

There are no race packets to pick up, no race fees, and no other runners to dodge.

**BUT you can still win prizes for posting your photos and videos!**

You just head out to your local track, treadmill, or favorite trail and run 5 kilometers on the specified day.

Our next virtual 5K is the “June Bug Jog”.

We’re going out anytime on Saturday, June 11th ….or go Sunday if you can’t go Saturday.
