Ready to take your running to the next level and set a new personal record (PR) for the 5K?
Be watching for a new podcast to come through on your iPod in the next day or two because I’ll be making a special announcement about this brand new series of workouts. This is a 4 week program designed to help you set a killer best time for the 5K.
I’ve had several gracious members of the Running Mate fan base testing this out for the past month and we’re just about ready to go live with it.
