Who do we have graduating in September?
If you would like to add your name to the list of graduates, just leave a comment on this post!
This is a great accomplishment and I hope you are as proud of yourself as I am! I have truly enjoyed listening to all your success stories on Facebook and I’m thrilled to welcome you to this awesome sport as an “official runner“! Please stay in touch and let the rest of us know when you reach new milestones such as beating your personal best times, or compete at the next level (10K, half-marathon, marathon, etc.) I love hearing about your success and I know that others who are just getting started will find inspiration in your accomplishments.
I still have several 5K101 T-Shirts available (depending on your size and color preference) just in case you would like to order one to show off in your next race. If you would like to order one just click here.
Also, if you’d like to donate something to the 5K101 program, just click the donate button below. Anything is greatly appreciated!!
Now it’s time to start thinking about what your next goal should be. Goals help to keep us motivated and pushes us to reach n
ew heights. Many of you have asked when I will have a 10K program available and I do plan on making this available, but it’s still a few months out. I don’t want that to stop you though, so if this is where you are headed, definitely check out the podcast-style training programs that Yuri Elkaim has available. He has an excellent 10K and half-marathon training program that I am sure you will enjoy. You can access all his training programs by going to http:www.getyuri.com. Plus, Yuri is a good friend of mine and is extending a 15% discount on any of his Treadmill Trainer programs if you use the promo code “5k101“.
