I just posted a new speed training workout to the 5K101 podcast on iTunes. It’s called “Intrepid Intervals” and it’s a medium intensity speed training exercise, all set to running music.

This may not be suited for someone just starting out, but if you’ve graduated 5K101 and are looking to improve on your time this is a good way to do it.
